Signs you may need to empower yourself and connect with your divine feminine

I often read for women who are unknowingly sitting in their ego and asking me and themselves when the man they love will pick them, or when they will find their soulmate, or when their relationships with parents or children will improve, or when their bad luck will finally end. There are numerous reasons why these things are happening and each case varies, however there is a great chance that these signs are indications to go inward.

Many times, they are sitting in their low vibration and bringing more challenges and feeling stuck, because they are not being authentic to themselves and not connecting to their divine feminine.

Contrary to what instagram says, the divine feminine does not having anything to do with an aesthetic look or feel to beauty. It’s about so much more. The divine feminine is the part of you that holds space for your intuition, nurturing, emotional balance, ability to heal, creativity, passion, harmony, and courage.

Most importantly, when you are connected to your feminine divine, you will not feel the need to chase anyone, be the “pick me” girl, constant need to ‘keep up with the joneses’, be constantly burnt out, immerse yourself in material things, or always doubting yourself or putting yourself down. The divine feminine is a warrior with healthy boundaries, and is not constantly in fight or flight mode.

Recognizing that you might be disconnected from your divine feminine often shows up in certain patterns, feelings, or behaviors. Here are some signs that could suggest you’re not fully aligned with your divine feminine:

Lack of intuition— if you are overly logical and second guessing yourself, and not sitting still, you may be out of balance. The divine feminine is closely tied to intuition and inner knowing, without doubt or fear.

Overworking or Burnout — The divine feminine is associated with the flow of rest, nourishment, and creativity. If you’re constantly in “doing” mode, pushing yourself without taking time to nurture your emotional, mental, or physical health, it can indicate a disconnect..

Difficulty with emotional expression — If you struggle to express your feelings, feel emotionally numb, or avoid confronting difficult emotions, you might be out of touch with the nurturing, compassionate aspects of yourself.

Needs external validation — If you constantly seek approval from others or feel like you have to prove your worth through external achievements, you may be neglecting the divine feminine’s core value of self-love and acceptance.

Feeling disconnected — If you feel disconnected from your physical being, lack self-care practices, or don’t honor your body’s needs, this might indicate a disconnection. The divine feminine energy is about nurturing and honoring your body as a sacred vessel.

Struggle to receive love — If you find it hard to receive help, compliments, or love from others, or you’re constantly giving without allowing yourself to be nurtured in return, this might be a sign of imbalance.

Feeling stuck — If you struggle with feeling trapped in old patterns or limiting beliefs, or lacking self-worth and constantly chasing relationships, or in patterns of same relationships that are not healthy, this can point to a disconnect. Again, the divine feminine embodies inner strength, creativity, and flow, and when you’re out of touch with it, it may feel like you’re unable to break free from certain blocks or fears.

Difficulty enforcing boundaries — The divine feminine has a natural ability to create healthy boundaries, both with oneself and others. If you’re constantly overextending yourself, saying “yes” when you mean “no,” or letting others take advantage of your energy, it might indicate a need to reconnect with your feminine energy, which is about nurturing and protecting your own space.
