Message of the Day: Miss Sunshine

Life is messy, it’s exciting and frustrating, it’s filled with uncertainty mixed with light and darkness. We are never guaranteed all happy days, but we need to see the darkness to appreciate the light. You can’t control what the day will bring you, but you can control your reactions, expectations and outlook. As long as you can adapt to the ups and downs of life, and maintain hope and faith that the universe is working in your favor, then those not so happy days will still be filled with sunshine, positive energy, courage and clarity.
